1. What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and the role you select (Smart Contract Developer, Founder / Builder, or Web3 Professional). We do not collect any other personal information at this stage.

2. How we use it

Your information is used solely to:

• Send you a welcome email confirming your place on the waitlist
• Notify you when sc4n3r launches
• Personalise communications based on your role

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Smart contract files

When sc4n3r launches, you will be able to upload Solidity files for analysis. Those files are used solely to generate your security report. We do not retain, share, sell, or use your source code for any other purpose. Files are deleted after report generation.

4. Data storage

Waitlist data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Digital Ocean, located in a secure data centre. We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your data at rest and in transit.

5. Email communications

We use SendGrid to send transactional emails. By joining the waitlist you agree to receive a welcome email and launch notification. You can request removal from our waitlist at any time by emailing hello@sc4n3r.app.

6. Cookies

This site uses a single session cookie for admin authentication. No third-party tracking cookies or analytics are used.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@sc4n3r.app.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist members. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
