Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing sc4n3r.app or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

sc4n3r is an AI-powered smart contract security analysis service. Users upload Solidity files and receive automated security reports identifying potential vulnerabilities. sc4n3r is currently in pre-launch — full service will be available upon launch.

3. No guarantee of security

sc4n3r reports are provided as an informational tool to assist in identifying potential vulnerabilities. A sc4n3r report does not constitute a formal security audit and does not guarantee that your smart contract is free from all vulnerabilities. sc4n3r is not liable for any losses, exploits, or damages resulting from the use or reliance upon our reports.

For contracts holding significant value, we strongly recommend combining sc4n3r with a professional manual audit.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of any Solidity files you upload. By uploading files, you grant sc4n3r a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those files solely for the purpose of generating your security report. We do not claim ownership of your code and do not retain it after report generation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malware, exploits targeting third-party systems, or content that violates applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the sc4n3r analysis infrastructure
• Use sc4n3r reports to facilitate attacks on smart contracts you do not own or have explicit permission to test
• Misrepresent a sc4n3r report as a formal professional security audit

6. Founding member pricing

The founding member rate of $49 per report is locked in for the first 100 waitlist signups. This rate applies to all future reports on the account, for life, provided the account remains active and in good standing. sc4n3r reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, which would forfeit the founding member rate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sc4n3r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to smart contract exploits, financial losses, or data loss.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
